APEX KS Suite

Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 September 2026

These Terms govern authorised use of APEX KS Suite. The suite is privately operated and is not an open public service.

1. Authorised use

You may use APEX KS Suite only if you have been authorised to do so and only for the operational purpose for which access was provided. Access may be restricted, suspended or revoked to protect the service, users, data or connected systems.

2. Google Drive connection

Where an authorised Google account grants OAuth access, APEX KS Suite uses that access only for the suite functions described on the homepage and in the Privacy Policy. The Google account owner remains in control of the OAuth grant and may revoke it through Google Account security controls.

3. User-submitted content

If you submit screenshots or other content to a KS Suite application, you confirm that you are entitled to provide that content for the relevant suite workflow. Do not submit unlawful material, secrets unrelated to the workflow, or content that you are not permitted to share.

4. Availability and changes

APEX KS Suite is provided for authorised operational use. Features, access and integrations may change as the suite evolves. Reasonable care is taken to protect operational continuity, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

5. Responsible use

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, obtain access to data beyond your authorisation, or use the service in a way that would violate Google policies or applicable law.

6. Privacy

Data handling is described in the APEX KS Suite Privacy Policy.

7. Contact

Questions about these Terms should be directed to the APEX KS Suite administrator using the User support email displayed on the Google OAuth consent screen or the support contact supplied directly to authorised users.
