Bear processing
Authorised automation can retrieve configured Google Drive files used as Bear League processing inputs and supporting operational evidence.
Private operational software
APEX KS Suite
APEX KS Suite is a privately operated collection of tools for authorised Kingshot community operations. It includes Battle Command, Bear League, Rally Leader Ranking and supporting automation.
Google Drive connection
Why APEX KS Suite requests Google Drive access
APEX KS Suite uses a private rclone-based Google Drive connection. Access is authorised by the Google account owner and is used only for authorised suite operations.
Controlled file transfers
The connection can list, read, download, create, update, move or transfer Drive files where an authorised KS Suite workflow requires it.
Private access
This is not a public Google Drive browser. The OAuth connection is for authorised suite operators and controlled automation, not advertising or unrelated third-party use.
Bear screenshot uploads are separate
Bear League also has a public screenshot-submission workflow. A person who uploads a Bear screenshot through that web workflow does not grant APEX KS Suite access to their Google account or Google Drive. The private Google OAuth/rclone connection and the Bear screenshot uploader are separate data flows.
Privacy and control
The Privacy Policy explains what Google Drive information the private connection can access, why it is used, how operational copies and credentials are handled, when data may be shared, and how access can be revoked.
